Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through alorue.com, operated by Berkana Information Technology Consultants L.L.C.

1. Free Trial

Alorue offers a 7-day free trial for Premium plans. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge
• You have not made excessive use of premium features (at our reasonable discretion)
• This is your first refund request for an Alorue subscription

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

• Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date
• Renewal charges (monthly or annual) after the initial period
• Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period
• Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service

4. Annual Subscriptions

Yearly subscriptions ($39.99/year) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After the 7-day window, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent auto-renewal, and your access will continue until the subscription end date.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@alorue.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• The email address used to register
• The date of your charge
• A brief reason for your request

We aim to process all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

6. Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve billing issues quickly and directly at support@alorue.com.
