Alorue is a fully digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical products. This page is provided for transparency as required by our payment processor, Stripe.
1. Digital Delivery
All Alorue products and services are delivered digitally over the internet. Upon successful payment, you receive:
- Immediate access to your Alorue account and all features included in your selected plan
- A confirmation email sent to your registered email address within a few minutes of purchase
There are no shipping costs, transit times, delivery addresses, or tracking numbers associated with any Alorue purchase.
2. No Physical Goods
Alorue does not manufacture, package, or ship any physical items. All subscription plans — Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime — grant access to our digital application and its features only.
3. Access Issues
If you do not receive access to your account within 15 minutes of payment, please:
- Check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email
- Verify that the email address used at checkout is correct
- Contact us at support@alorue.com and we will resolve the issue promptly
4. Subscription Renewal
For monthly and yearly plans, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive a renewal confirmation email before each charge. You can cancel at any time via your account settings or through our cancellation page.
